POOL's new rosy/red pet nat is here and ripe for the drinking. Very similar to the wine BALLOON from last year, it's direct-pressed Shiraz from Bridgewater. Its red rosy colour opens up to candied red fruit, sweet curd and panettone on the nose before a refreshingly matcha-esque finish of currants and summer stone fruits.
